Students who left in Summer 2018 returned to Carr Hill for the school’s annual Achievement Awards, an event which celebrates their successes during their time here.

Over 100 students attended the event which included the presentation of subject awards for those who achieved the highest grades and those who made the most improvement during their course. Students were also recognised for achieving 100 percent attendance and five students received an ‘Outstanding Contribution to School Life’ award. In addition to this, every pupil in attendance was awarded a completion of studies certificate.

Headteacher Mr Waller said: “Thank you to our former students and their parents and carers for joining us for this celebratory evening. We were pleased to welcome back so many familiar faces and acknowledge the many things that these young people achieved during their time at Carr Hill. I would also like to thank Elisha and Liam and our Dance Academy students for providing our guests with entertainment throughout the evening.”
