Carr Hill student wins Junior English Title

Year 11 student Alice competed at the English Championship, a two day competition,  held at Bath University. Alice performed routines in hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon and impressed across all four resulting in her winning the Junior English Title. Following this Alice qualified for the finals the next day where she took three golds and a silver medal. Alice also competed as part of a group winning two further silver medals.

Headteacher Mr Waller said: “Congratulation to Alice. This a fantastic, well deserved, achievement which is the result of years of dedication and hard work. We wish Alice all the best for the next stage in her gymnastics career and look forward to hearing about her future successes.”
