The students got together to spell out the word ‘Team’ to show they are now a part of the school community. Carr Hill High School takes a group photo of Year 7, spelling out a different word each year to welcome new starters.
New Year 7 student Evie said: "I've made lots of new friends and got to know the older studnets in my mentor group. Everything you get to do it school is just really fun,"
Fellow Year 7 student Harry said: It's been a great first week. The lessons have been fun and the techers have been nice. My favourite lesson so far has been English."
