Year 13 student Max has been shortlisted in the competition which features photography from students across the country.

Max’s entry is a photograph of fellow student Rhys. The image was taken whilst Rhys, who is a member of the Sporting Elite Rugby Academy, was representing the school at a regional fixture.

Entries have been coming in for months and the shortlisting process has taken weeks due to the volume of entries. Max’s entry is now available to view online with only a handful of other images which made it through the shortlisting process. Details of the winning entry will be released shortly.

Max’s photography teacher Miss Wignall said: “We are thrilled that Max’s entry has been shortlisted. This achievement is a fantastic addition to Max’s CV and puts him in a brilliant position if he chooses to go on to study photography at university or apply for a photography apprenticeship.”
