Having been shortlisted the school was also highly commended in the Inspiring Teaching Award, Secondary School Pupil of the Year Award, Young Scientist/Engineer of the Year Award and Secondary School of the Year Award categories.
Headteacher Mr Waller attended the event with students. He said: “We are delighted to have been recognised across so many categories for the achievements of our students, efforts of our staff and our school community.
“We are thrilled to have been awarded the Career Aspiration Award. Careers advice and support is core to ensuring our students go on to achieve their ambitions and fulfil their goals across a range of industries and it is a pleasure that our staff and the school has been recognised for this.”
