Year 8 Football team complete the Cup and League double

Carr Hill’s Year 8 Boys’ Football Team has completed the Cup and League double!

The team put in an impressive performance and beat Fleetwood High School 4-1 in the Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde Cup final recently. This finished off an excellent season, with only one defeat in 15 games!

Year 8 Taylor was responsible for two goals whilst team mates Sam and James also scored a goal each. Man of the match was awarded to Aidan.

The team consisted of Jack, Declan, Cameron, Ruben, Oliver, Jake, Scott, Sam, James, Taylor, Jack, Ewan, Toby and Aidan. Well done to all the players for representing the school throughout the season and achieving such great results.
