Limousines and vintage cars were in abundance when Year 11 students celebrated graduating from the main school onto sixth form.

After completing their GCSE examinations, students were rewarded for their all their hard work by being thrown an extra special celebration night at the luxurious venue of Westleigh Conference Centre in Preston.

Students were given the star treatment as they arrived in the grounds of the stately home to a fizzy reception.

After mingling with their fellow students and teachers, the party of over 170 students and staff sat down for a three course meal, joined by special guests – the boy band ‘Reconnected’, much to the excitement of the female students.

Reconnected opened the evening’s entertainment on the dancefloor inviting all students up to join them singing their chart topping single ‘One in a Million’ giving the Year 11 students their very own private performance.

Students used the scenery of the stunning grounds to get as many photos of their special night as possible before the sun disappeared and the night turned into a disco, leaving nobody sat in their seat.

Student, Beth Ackers said: “The night has been brilliant and the band was really entertaining. Everyone has enjoyed it!”
