Day Two in the City that never sleeps! After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, the group made their way down to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, a time for reflection. They then visited the Greek Orthodox National Memorial Church, Wall Street to see the Raging Bull statue and spent some time in the Financial District. After this, they made their way up to Grand Central Station, admiring the historical architecture and enjoying the hustle bustle. The station was saved from destruction in 1975, by a team led by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, who fought to save the historical building. After lengthy renovations, it is now back to it's original glorious state, 105 years after it was first built.

A bit of shopping time on 5th Avenue, and a trip to the Rockefeller Center in the late afternoon, was the perfect way to end the sightseeing day. The group went up to the 'Top of the Rock', which rivals the Empire State Building with it's amazing views of the Manhattan skyline. Being close to the Chrysler Building, and further up-town, it gives a different view of the Mid-Town area, and also has great views towards Central Park.
