Keeping active is a great way to boost your mental wellbeing. This month, Action for Happiness are encouraging everyone to get moving and get outdoors as much as possible. Whatever your circumstances or physical limitations, you can find your own ways to be a bit more active, there's no need to run marathons! There are simple things we can all do to take care of our bodies, and minds, whether it is a technology detox, reconnection with nature or getting more sleep.

Joe Wicks - The Body Coach

The Body Coach TV is a YouTube channel with over 250 free home workouts to suit all ages and abilities. Many of them can be completed without equipment and Joe Wicks runs a daily PE lesson of 25 minutes to get everybody active.
