Year 7’s Rufus and Robyn stopped by Kirkham businesses this week to hand deliver cards with a design which has been created by fellow Year 7 Daniel. Residents living on the roads nearest the school also received the same card.
Headteacher Mr Waller said: “This year’s Christmas card has been designed by Year 7 Daniel and his was one of many entries we received following our Design a Christmas Card competition. We had some brilliant entries but Daniel’s really stood out for its creativity. We wanted to share Daniel’s design with the wider community and wish our neighbours and local businesses a merry Christmas from everyone at Carr Hill. Lots of students volunteered to hand write cards before Year 7’s Rufus and Robyn kindly played postmen for us. We hope the cards brought a smile to all those who received them.”
