The Dance Academy performed in the Wyre and Fylde Charity Dance Festival for the ninth consecutive year raising money for the Hilton in the Community Foundation. The theme we were given this year was Myths, Legends and Fairytales to which they responded with a piece called ‘Beyond The Mirror’ based on a feng shui myth that you shouldn’t sleep with a mirror at the end of your bed as it can cause nightmares, insomnia and hallucinations.
Dance Teacher Miss O'Connor said, " I am immensely proud of the girls who once again showcased what we have been learning beautifully. It was a stunning performance and I'm very proud of all of them".
