A season's best distance of 15.34m bagged Year 9 Chloe the silver medal as she represented Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde Athletics club at Stanley Park. Chloe, who has been training throughout the summer also competed in the 100m sprint achieving a personal best of 14.8 seconds, and the shot putt gaining another personal best of 6.52m.
Over the holidays Chloe has started pole vaulting and will compete in her first pole vault competition on Sunday to end the athletics season on a high.
