From celery to chrysanthemums and sweet peas to potatoes, our green fingered students have been enjoying sowing seeds and reaping the rewards.

Every Monday and Wednesday afternoons after school, a team of budding gardeners have been working hard at the school allotment and various other locations within the grounds to grow a plethora of fruit, vegetables and flowers.  The students get to take home the produce to enjoy with their families.  Mrs Gould, who runs the initiative said, "It's a great way for students to learn new skills, work as a team and enjoy the benefits afterwards.  We're always on the lookout for new volunteers so if you're interested in joining us please come along".
