Students and staff involved in Carr Hill's Got Talent have raised £650 for the South Africa fundraising pot.
The event, which took place on Thursday 27th January, included 18 acts. The acts competed in two categories: Key Stage 3 and Upper School. The results were as follows;
Key Stage 3:
3rd place – Kira (AP5)
2nd place – Abigail (AP7)
1st place – Lauren (AP4) & Harriet (AP1)
Upper School:
3rd place – Ellie (AP2)
2nd place – Beth (ME7)
1st place – Maia (PO8)
Dance teacher Miss O'Connor said: "I would like to thank all the students who took part in the event and congratulate them on some fantastic performances. I would also like to thank everyone who came to watch the show and supported our fundraising efforts. Finally, a huge well done to the Dance Acadmey students who worked hard to organise a great evening of entertainment."
