Car Hill Sixth Form Centre is hosting an information evening for Year 10 and 11 students who are considering their A-level subject choices.
The event will give parents, carers and students information about how best to select A-level subjects based on their future education and career plans. During the evening guests will receive full details about all of the Sixth Form's A-level subjects and advice as to the most appropriate selections based on your career aspirations. Guest speakers from popular employment industries will also be hosting question and answer sessions throughout the evening as well as speaking about their careers.
Assistant Headteacher Mr Napier said: "Choosing what subject combinations to study at A-level can be difficult, whilst some students have a clear career path in mind already many others are still considering a number of options. Either way it is important to seek guidance and throughly research the sort of subjects which will be of most benefit to you at the end of your Post 16 studies. This event will give you all the information you need to make informed choices about the next step in your education."
