ERIC Speed dating

Year 8 students have been sharing their ERIC (Everyone Reads in Class) books with their peers using a speed dating format.

During their lessons in the library pupils have been reviewing their ERIC reads with each other. Each student had one minute to talk about the book they were reading discussing what they enjoyed about the book, if they would recommend it and if they would read another book by the same author. As they moved around the room pupils marked each other based on the review given. At the end of the event the two pupils with the highest scores won a prize.
