Would all parents/ carers and students please be aware of a serious concern for students’ safety when crossing Freckleton Street to and from school.
It has been drawn to the school’s attention by concerned members of the public who have witnessed a total lack of regard for buses and cars by students when crossing this road. This is a very dangerous situation which could end with a serious accident.
A member of staff will be on duty in the vicinity of Bargain Booze, each morning, to monitor students’ crossing but ultimately it is up to the students to take notice of correct safe crossing practices.
