Rounders Success

Mrs Carroll was extremely proud of her Year 7 and Year 8 Rounders teams last Tuesday when they took part in the Fylde and Wyre Rounders Competition.

Year 7 were crowned Champions, after displaying some excellent batting, fielding and superb teamwork skills.

Our team won all of their matches, and defeated Kirkham Grammar School in the final match by only 1/2 rounder. Well done to all involved.

Year 8 playing amazingly well too, coming third overall out of the 12 schools, an amazing achievement! Congratulations!

Mrs Carroll said it was a pleasure to take the teams and to see so many girls taking part in sport. Photos of the teams can be seen below -
