Creative Forces Health Careers Insight Day

Mrs Somers was very impressed by the students she took to the Creative Forces Health Careers Insight Day. These students who come from a range of Forces backgrounds, put their all into the activities on offer. The event was hosted by NHS Education England with UCLAN and the Armed Forces and it was aimed at service children in education and those with a service link. There was a variety of workshops including: 999 Call Simulation with the North West Ambulance Service, Emergency Care, A to E casualty assessment, Ambulance Tour, Climbing wall with the Army and Navy and Adult social care.
