Miss Chauhan, Maths teacher and Mental Health Instagram champion, has been continuing to inspire students and followers with regular posts to help with confidence, mental health and most recently, anxiety. So many people suffer, whether it is a feeling of being 'overwhelmed', an increase in panic attacks, generally feeling physically or mentally unwell, or even just a niggling voice in the back of your head - anxiety can be extremely debilitating and impact on all aspects of daily life. Not many people know a lot about anxiety, so Miss C has created a quick guide to recognise what issues and risks are associated. 

 

Things you should know about Anxiety

Anxiety can present itself as body aches or headaches, getting ill easily, or sleeping too much or too little. Other risks can show themselves as struggling to do well at school/work, struggling to connect to those around you, or feeling friends and family are struggling to connect with you. How to help someone suffering from Anxiety
