This week, from 1st February until 7th February, is Children's Mental Health Week and the theme is 'Express Yourself'. Expressing yourself can be difficult, but finding ways to share your feelings, thoughts or ideas, can help with your mental health.

On Tuesday, we followed on with a message from The Duchess of Cambridge encouraging children & parents to find ways to share their thoughts and feelings - catch up here
