This week, from 1st February until 7th February, is Children's Mental Health Week and the theme is 'Express Yourself'. Expressing yourself can be difficult, but finding ways to share your feelings, thoughts or ideas, can help with your mental health.

Children's Mental Health Week - Top Tips
When children are able to find creative ways to share their feelings, thoughts or ideas, it can help them feel good about themselves and who they are. Children can do this through a range of activities that they enjoy.
