Ms Fry and the English Department are delighted to announce that the Carr Hill Book Bank will return in 2021! Ms Fry passed on her sincere thanks to those who donated books so generously during the last lockdown, we asked for unwanted books which had been outgrown and gathering dust to be donated so that they could find a new home. During May, June and early July we collected over 500 books for our Book Bank and several students are still enjoying reading these books. The books included in the link below are available for students to borrow, and you are welcome to get one for younger brothers and sisters too.
Please email cfry@carrhill.lancs.sch.uk with your name and the title of a couple of books you would like to borrow (in case one is already snapped up). You will be notified by email when you are able to call into the school office to collect the book/s.
Enjoy the book for as long as you like. When it is no longer needed, you can return it to Ms Fry or Mr Cullinan when you are back in school.
Our school library books are also available to borrow using the link to Libresoft, found on our school website, at the bottom of the page under the heading Useful Links.
