Mental Elf 2020

The Lancashire Mind to Lapland Challenge will soon be starting at Carr Hill! Mrs Altham would like all students to take part in Lancashire Mind's Christmas challenge, by completing activities either in school as part of PE lessons or at home over the weekend. The aim is to look after your mental wellbeing by being active, walking, rolling, running or skipping, adding to a combined total of 3226 kms, which is the equivalent of Lancashire to Lapland. You can fundraise any amount, ask family and friends to sponsor your efforts. Money can be brought into school at the end of the challenge.

The Challenge

Starting today, Friday 4th December and running for one week until Friday 11th December, we are asking everyone to take part in the challenge, and you can complete this wherever you choose. You can walk, run, cycle or skip any distance you like, all of which will be added to the total helping Lancashire Mind reach their target of 3226 kms. The more kms you cover the closer we get to Lapland!
