A message from Mrs Dandy -
Thank you to every one who entered the End of Year structures competition. The judges have been very impressed by the wide variety of structures submitted. We have seen lots of creative work such as make-up storage devices, spaceships, eco houses, animal houses and princess castles!
The design and technology staff have looked at every single entry and decided the winner for Year 7 and Year 8. They will receive a £10 Amazon voucher in the post shortly.
The staff wanted to thank everyone who entered, but wanted to make commendations to 2 other students who did excellent work either by showing their research or using a creative way to show case their structure design.
The Design and Technology staff would like to wish you all a happy and safe summer, and we will see you in September ready to learn lots of new things!
