Carr Hill students hit the right note at Rotary Young Musician Competition

Two Carr Hill students represented the school at the local heat for The Rotary Club's Young Musician Competition.

 

Year 8 Daniel  who plays the trombone and Year 9 Dylan who plays the piano, took part in the heat with 20 other students from local schools and colleges including Blackpool Sixth,  Arnold King Edward, Hodgson Academy and Kirkham Grammar School.

 

 Music teacher Mrs Cross said: "Both Daniel and Dylan played extremely well. The competition was incredibly tough, our students performed admirably and we are very proud of them."
