Carr Hill students have once again achieved highly at the local event organised for secondary schools in the area.
Following on from the success of last year, 16 pupils made the swimming squad which included four Year 7 girls and boys and four Year 8 girls and boys. Carr Hill students competed against six other schools at the event arranged by the School Games Organisers.
Carr Hill students won the following races:
Wyre & Fylde Front Crawl Champion – Freya (0:31 seconds)
Wyre & Fylde 4x1 Freestyle Relay Champions – Ellie, Rebecca , Freya & Jasmine (1:04)
Wyre & Fylde 4x1 Medlay Relay Champions - Ellie, Rebecca , Freya & Jasmine (1:16)
PE teacher Mr Doughty said: "Well done to all 16 students who took part in the gala. All the students performed to a high standard and were a credit to the school."
