This course is ideal for anyone wanting to progress into a wide range of careers. In addition to classroom learning, students will have work experience placements. These will be in organisations such as nurseries,primary schools, special needs schools, older peoples’ care homes and special needs units for adults.
Progression
Candidates who achieve these qualifications will be prepared to enter a variety of HND or degree level courses in Health, Social Care and Early Year’s Care-related subjects. Examples include Nursing, Dietetics, Sports Health, professions allied to health such as Occupational Therapy, Early Years Teaching, and Social Work.
