Image of English Language

During this course you will learn all about the ways in which language is used and how it is affected by technology and gender differences. You will also study the ways in which children and adults use language to interact, as well as exploring how and why language has changed so much over the past 500 years.

Progression
An English Language A-Level is a valuable qualification which will enable you to develop skills much in demand from employers and universities. It also forms a good basis for study in any arts based subject or it could complement non-arts subjects. It can lead to careers in journalism, the media or the law.

Entry Requirements

5 GCSEs A*-C/9-4 including B/6 in English Language
