Biology is one of the most popular A-Level subjects in the country, attracting students studying a wide range of other subjects. It involves the study of a wide range of exciting topics, ranging from molecular biology to the study of ecosystems and from microorganisms to mammoths.
Progression
There are higher education courses in over 100 different Biological topics including Medicine, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Podiatry, Psychology,
Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Scientific Illustration, Microbiology, and Biotechnology. This course would also support entry into Law, Accountancy and other degree courses requiring breadth of study rather than subject specific entry.

5 GCSEs A*-C/9-4 including B/6 in Biology/Core Science/Additional Science & Maths
