School Uniform Tender Opportunity (2026-2029)
Carr Hill High School is inviting uniform suppliers to tender for the supply and delivery of school uniforms for the 2026–2029 period.
We are seeking a provider who can deliver high-quality, durable, and ethically sourced uniforms that meet our school’s standards and legal obligations.
Scope of Services
- Design, manufacture, and supply of branded school uniforms
- Online and in-person ordering systems for parents
- Timely delivery to homes or school collection points
- Compliance with sustainability and ethical sourcing standards
Pricing & Added Value
Suppliers are encouraged to include one or both of the following:
- Annual Rebate: 5% of total sales returned to the school
- Discounted Supply: Up to £2,000 in discounts for school or pupil purchases

Uniform
- Badged Royal Blue Blazer
- Clip on ties in the student’s year group colour. September 2022 Year 7 tie is green
- Stiff collared white shirt with top button fastened
- A black V necked pullover (optional)
- Black trousers with school badge or black skirt with school badge (new skirts from September 2020 skirts are knife pleat with the badge on the waist band and a requirement for Year 7). Skirts worn above the knee are not acceptable.
- Full length opaque black tights for girls who wear skirts
- Plain black leather shoes. Trainers, sling backs or heels over 4cm are not allowed. No suede, canvas, trainers or pumps
- Outdoor coat or waterproof. No ‘hoodies’ allowed
Boys PE Kit
- Polo T-shirt, white / navy, embroidered badge
- Shorts, navy blue, embroidered badge
- Football socks navy blue with 3 white stripes
- Football boots
- Trainers for indoor and outdoor use
Girls PE Kit
- Polo T- shirt, white / navy, embroidered badge
- White ankle socks
- One of the following is compulsory. Pupils can wear any of the items numbered below at any time in either outdoor or indoor lessons. (Parents may buy more than one)

If a child is not in correct uniform, the Mentor or Year Leader will follow this up and issue a uniform card.
Papers copies of all documents can be requested via the school reception.
